Utility Bill MUST be clear and the Amount Due MUST be shown.If there is a past due balance on the bill you will not qualify unless you provide 1 of the following:
1. A screenshot showing the account number and the past due amount being paid off.
2. Sign the homeowner up for a payment plan, and provide 3 consecutive bills showing on time payments
